REFUND POLICY:

 

All transactions are considered final. Every effort is made to verbally verify all pertinent payment information at the time of the transaction with the consumer. However, if a mistake was made on the part of Lincoln Judgment Recovery, you have 30 days from the transaction date to report the error. If after reviewing your claim we agree that error was caused by and is the fault of Lincoln Judgment Recovery, we will issue a credit to your original method of payment. If a mistake is made on the part of the consumer, please notify Lincoln Judgment Recovery at 1-800-329-3793 or email info@LincolnJudgmentRecovery.biz and we will review your claim.

ONLINE PAYMENTS:

If you made a payment via this website and payment portal using a credit or debit card, your card will be immediately charged and a confirmation send to the email address (if you provided one). Please make 100% sure you are paying Lincoln Judgment Recovery, aka LJRS, aka Lincoln Judgment Recovery Services, aka D. Bowers, d/b/a Lincoln Judgment Recovery.

Please note that a voided transaction and/or a refund can take up to five (5) business days to post to your original payment account. If a refund is being issued by check for a payment originally submitted by check or money order, please allow up to fifteen (15) business days to receive you refund by First Class USPS mail.
