Lincoln Judgment Recovery

Turning IOUs into CA$H since 2006.

About

Us

Our Story

Launched in 2006 by Dustin Bowers out of Sacramento, CA and since relocated to Lincoln, Nebraska, Lincoln Judgment Recovery is a sole-proprietorship dedicated to the enforcement and recovery of unpaid civil judgments nationwide.

Who We Are

Lincoln Judgment Recovery was founded after Dustin's experience of wading through the small claims court system on his own. He won his case, but after being awarded a judgment against the defendant, he realized he was "on his own" again. Realizing that most law firms do not want to assist with smaller money judgments, and the court house offered limited resources, he took to the internet to learn how to collect on his judgment himself.

More than a decade later, Lincoln Judgment Recovery has helped numerous people recover the money they are lawfully owed.

Lincoln Judgment Recovery also purchases judgments - single cases or portfolios - for a lump-sum amount.

Our Vision

Statistics state that 80% of all civil judgments in the United States are never collected. It is Lincoln Judgment Recovery's goal to collect on more than 50% of all judgments in their portfolio at any given time.

Why

Us

Deep Industry Knowledge

The ARM (accounts receivable management) industry, commonly referred to as "debt collections" is a constantly evolving and changing industry. Additionally it is highly regulated, at the federal, state, and local level. I have been on the front lines of this industry for more than ten years, and have been highly successful in recovering funds that are lawfully owed to people and businesses from civil judgments.

Years of Experience

More than ten years as a small business owner has made me an expert at recovering money from judgments. I have developed a specialized system which has allowed me to successfully collect on a much higher percentage of the judgments in my portfolio than other collection agencies or even law firms!

Small Business Focused

One key factor that sets us apart from the competition: I have remained a small business, dedicated to assisting fellow small-business owners. Whether you are a private real estate investor, regional credit union or bank, auto dealership, contractor, medical office, law firm, etc. - I can help you start recovering the thousands of dollars you are owed from unpaid civil judgments.
